Not sure how to life? Feeling overwhelmed? Instead of telling people to stuff it, here is your mantra: You did your best! Not your shiny/happy/fluffy best, or your type-A overachiever best. But your intentional, thoughtful, realistic best. Just do your best. Make the best choices you can. If you do that, then you can let all the rest go. My life philosophy relies heavily on being responsible, but also not feeling guilty or stressing about things I can’t change. I have created an inspirational graphic with this life philosophy.
